Adrian Truss (30 Eylül 1953 doğumlu) İngiliz-Amerikan-Kanadalı oyuncu, seslendirme sanatçısı, şarkıcı, müzisyen, televizyon sunucusu, komedi yazarı, oyun yazarı ve yönetmendir. Son çalışmaları arasında animasyon çocuk televizyon programları, filmler ve reklamlar için seslendirme yapmak yer almaktadır.
